What We Pride Ourselves In

Blackout takes great pride in what we do. We only hire guards that have the capability of looking professional and can make it through our vigorous screening process. We ensure that our guards are thoroughly trained with CPR, First Aid, Nonviolent Intervention Training (CPI), Crowd Control Training and an in-house training program to ensure our guards are prepared for every situation. We employ hand selected supervisors that have proven themselves to be integral to our ability to communicate with our customers and guards to ensure excellent service. Your assigned supervisor will meet with management on a weekly basis, perform unannounced site checks on guard post, respond to emergencies, and assist whenever and wherever they are needed. We also use tracking technology to ensure we can monitor our guards. We use a clock in/out system that records guards location data, and all of our cars are equipped with GPS trackers. We strive to ensure accountability and exemplary service for all our customers.
